Re: Gulliver's Travels: Gulliver's Journey
This is my last weekend home with the family, so this morning I went to Bournemouth town centre to do a little Christmas shopping for them.
I had to travel via handbag, so I took some provisions with me.

I had a walk through the gardens first.

The Christmassy bits were all up in the square. I liked they way they had provided lots of bales of hay for hungry bunnies at this 'tavern'.

One of the main roads....full of phone shops and game shops and shops with clothes for skinny teenagers....

My favourite shop - the Build a Bear shop!

Look at this cute hat you can buy for your bears!

Then we popped into Lush. I loooove the smell in there! (I did sneeze a bit, though...)

I told the assistants all about me (and PaP), and one held me up by one of their bags for a photo

I liked shopping in that shop!

It was nice to get back to the car, though. The building behind is the local lunatic asylum. Oh, hang on....Sara says it's the town hall. Well, she used to work with the loons there, so I think my definition was better!

the lion looks scared of you Gulliver
Quite considerate of the tavern to provide hay
Shame the hat wouldn't fit your ears...maybe Santa will bring you something similar for Christmas?
Well done to Lush for being against animal testing
Love the fact that you're a rabbit popping out of a magic bag!!!
Brill.
Nice to see a bit of Bournmouth.
I haven't been there since I was a kid.

I'm glad you enjoyed the shopping. I wouldn't have liked Lush, as I am allergic to their things. I even have to cross the road to pass the shop in Glasgow.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

I hope you didn't spend too much on your credit card
I like Lush and love the smell that wafts out their shops, although it can be a little over powering sometimes, I hope you've stop sneezing Mr. G
I bet you will be sad to say goodbye to Sara again as well as your family
Where are your adventures taking you next and who are you spending Christmas with?

I didn't need my credit card - I used Sara's purse
I'm due to arrive with Fluffers by 23rd November - looking forward to meeting September and Paintbox!
Then it's Christmas with Helga - hope they have lots of nice veggies in for Christmas dinner
