Rabbit Names

As some of you will know we never use a name more than once..that is for gps aawell as bunnies..although we have had 2 Brambles by mistake..and 2 Muffins, the lady who owned the 2nd Muffin had passed away in sad circumstances and I didn't want to change her names
But this means it gets harder and harder and we have used some very odd names
amongst the most unusual
for bunnies

Starfish
Tadpole
Canary
Stevie-Wonder
Flipper
Cobweb
Ferrari
and now we have a Paintbox..( which Jen hates but I really like!)

for gps
we've had so many
Ukulele
Harmonica
Box and Parcel
Hunky Dory and Ticketty Boo
Thingamejig
Doo-dah

to name but a few
What the most unusual names you have used or come across?

I think the name Paintox is quite sweet :)

Our odd names:

Piggies:

Spitfire (already named), followed by Jet (then we fortunately stopped using plane names  )

Nyssa & Tegan (mid 80s Dr Who companions) Tegan was shortened to Tiggy when we found he was a boy!

McGann (film Dr Who actor)

Fox and Mulder - I was into the X files! Fox was a soul piggy :) Mulder fot changed to Muffin as he was a pretty little thing, very timid, and didn't suit Mulder.

Other piggy names were far more normal

The dogs have always had normal names, as have the various mice, hamsters, fishes etc.

The terrapins were Raz & Boz

Budgies have had fairly normal names.

And my bunnies have had normal names (Blackberry, Dandelion, Buttercup & Clover).

Lady Jane Willoughby was going to be Willow to fit in with the theme, but she was a Diva from day one so had to have a suitable name

I met a dog called Quiz and a yorkshire terrier called porky, most bunnies I meet have the usual bunny names

You do say the names you give out loud don't you to see what they sound like when the vet is calling them out in a packed waiting room? 'Mrs Smith with Paintbox please' I quite like it

When I take my lot in for jabs they just call out my surname and 'multiple rabbits'

I only registered Lady Jane Willoughby as Lady Jane, cos I thought if I added her surname, and then they added my surname on top of that it would be a right mouthful
