I'm gutted to post that, Sparrow, the wild rabbit I hand reared from a week old was found dead on Tuesday. She are her breakfast at about 9 and we found her, lying like she was resting between the litter tray and side of the run at about 2. She was only 3 and seemed happy and healthy, an imp!
She was very special and it's was such a shock, I will miss her cheeky little face and seeing her snuggled up with poor Hugo who she was bonded to.
Goodbye bubby dubs, I still cry when I say that , it was out pet name!

(You say she was "only" 3yrs old but I think that's is a good age for a wild rabbit as they don't live as long as pet rabbit breeds). I'm sure she had a great life at the sanctuary with you.
