Nala says 'I can't say 'ear, 'ear anymore!'

Our big girl Nala has had a bad infection in one of her ears over the last few weeks - it bizarrely all swelled up & become infected. It ended up at the beginning of last week wither her ear becoming necrotic It started dying off & the layers of skin on her ear started to separate

Despite trying to heal it with antibiotics & intrasite gel, it got steadily worse - last Thursday we had no choice but to amputate her ear poor girl

Nala's a battler though & she's bounced back bless - I think she's feeling a lot better now the infected ear is no longer giving her gip!

Oh bless her, she will be fine once the fur grows back. We have an earless bun come to stay with us regularly and she has no problems at all.
