New rescue(may be upsetting)Now well & REHOMED

7-8 year old rabbit. Lived nearly his whole life with a couple who then had a baby so he had to go. This isn't a days worth of neglect this was caked on. His skin is red raw underneath that mess. Took us ages to clean. Oh and by the way previous owners, he's not doing great in rescue thanks for asking. He's confused and distressed, but at least he's clean and being cared for now.

I'm surprised he didn't get flystrike. I'm glad he is now safe with you, and hope he will be able to adjust in time.

OMG there is no excuse to let a rabbit get like this
Thank goodness he's now safe with you, I hope he settles down and finds a loving home to spend his twilight years
