Re: July 2018 donations
Wow! Another donation so soon after the summer donation too.
Well done again folks. Really appreciated.
Halo who received treatment for a jaw abscess paid for by the summer donation is recovering really well. We are awaiting to see if the operation has resolved the issue, but the vet is concerned it may reoccur due to a very complex dental structure (genetic problems).
Meanwhile we continue to receive new rabbits in to the rescue every week, and so this cash really will make a difference. This week two young boys, around 4 months old, arrived. A bonded pair but unfortunately their behaviour meant it was no longer safe for them to be kept together, despite getting them in for neuter within 48 hours of arrival. They are also now recovering from the ops and will soon be ready for their new homes.
Thanks again.

Re: July 2018 donations
You're all incredible, we are expecting some new arrivals in the next couple of weeks, which will need neutering and vaccinating on arrival. I have spent the last day trying to juggle things to make funds available for them after our funds getting very low after the booster jabs in July. So Oliver must have known and now this can go towards a little bunny of unknown sex who has was rescued by a kind lady after being neglected at a care home. Thank you everyone and Oliver

Re: July 2018 donations
He's going to live in a 5 x 7 shed with a little lady called Tiny, her hormones are still a little high, she was neutered the same day as Oliver, he was a bit of a wimp and needed some TLC, but she's a feisty girl and came through it without a problem Once they've both settled down I will introduce them and see what happens - I will keep you updatedhoneybunny wrote:oh I can see why you've kept him! and well done the lucky 5
