Not everyone starts with ideal accommodation for their rabbits(or guinea pigs).
Often we are told by the shopkeeper/friend that a smaller hutch is "fine"... then with time and experience realise we can do much better for them.
The RWAF site has some excellent ideas for easy-to-do low-cost effective improvements for increasing your rabbit/s' space both in the hutch and out and I think would be especially useful to those who perhaps initially didn't realise how much space a rabbit should have.(lots of photos after the first page showing examples)
Do take a look?

Many people ask me about improving their hutches and my answer is just let your imagination run wild. Make it bigger, better, safer and much more mentally stimulating.......sky is the limit.sdf76 wrote:I just thought it was worth reminding visitors/new members about these easy improvements you can make to rabbit accommodation.
