By lunch time she was eating normally again but I didn't want to take any chances so took both buns to the vets. They had a thorough check up, all teefs fine, both tums normal too. Both of them are now sat in their trays piggling hay as if nothing had happened
So yes, both buns are *touch wood* back on track.
