THIS ENTRY IS ON BEHALF OF MARIAS ANIMAL SHELTER

Can we put in Treacle for the next animal of the month please. Its for Treacle who is 4 years old. He came in because Treacle's friend had died and the family did not want to continue the cycle. Treacle was quite poorly the night he came back from castration and was making lots of loud chest noises. The vet gave him a course of antibiotics and he did improve but the noises kept returning. X-rays were inconclusive so we started trialling heart medication, which, so far are working and he is doing very well with us.coincidentally, the x-rays also revealed that he has teeth and root issues. Treacle is such a happy, friendly boy, who absolutely loves his medication and fights us for the syringe 😆

The winner of the Rescue Rabbit/Guinea Pig of the month for May is Treacle the guinea pig from Marias Animal Shelter, see his sory below.

Treacle was the only entry this month :( but on the plus side saved the PaP Team having to choose the winner from several entrie. It's always so hard to choose the winners :-?
