Pledge a Pound

My little Casper is poorly noticed at tea time last night his left eye was half closed while he was eating and he has a slight head tilt. I took him to the vets last night and he has Uveitis in left eye probably caused by EC and his head tilt brought him home with lots of meds 2 different eye drops an AB and a steroid one, Lapizole for 28 days, Baytril and Metacam.

He is at the vets for the day today with his wifebun Daisy having a blood test to test for EC. Vet says worse case scenario he could loose his eye I'm very worried about him.

I hope the meds help him and he makes a speedy recovery, sending lots of get well vibes to him and hugs to you x

Casper & Daisy home now The blood test has been sent off to the lab and should be back hopefully early next week. I have now got Panacur instead of the Lapizole for him. His eye is looking better this evening and wasn't half closed while he was eating earlier, but he still has the head tilt.

Will let you know how he is tomorrow.

That's good news about his eye looking better, I hope that the panucur kicks in very soon x
