As always its been a very busy few months at BBBB
YTD we have rescued over 50 bunnies so far. Sadly we are seeing a significant increase in abandoned animals which has saddened us greatly.
We have found new homes for over another 50 bunnies which is a great result considering adoption requests are still very low.
Its been a very sad summer for us, as we had to say goodbye to 3 of our much loved and amazing sanctuary bunnies which hit us very hard especially as their passing was very close together.
On more positive news we have continued with the new exciting project at the rescue itself. passed our license review with flying colours, and welcomed some very special bunnies in the inspirational bunnies. We also welcomed the money bunnies, a litter of 7 babies who you can follow their development over on our Instagram account.
Our events team have been out and about at several events over the summer, raising awareness of all things rabbit welfare and raising much needed funds to help us help bunnies in need.
Our fundraising team have also have been busy and we have a fantastic competition due to launch this week so watch this space.
