It's been a really tough month at the rescue with a large number of very unwell bunnies needing round the clock care. We have two bunnies on palliative care, 1 recovering from a very extensive operation and a large number of very poorly buns on meds several times a day.
This has driven our vet bills to unsustainable levels however we are sworn to giving the bunnies in our care the best chance they can get and our Fundraising team have been on over drive.
We were at Lush in Buchanan Street Glasgow as their charity pot recipient the weekend of the 21st which was fantastic, and the rescue chosen by Binky Brothers to receive the proceeds from their little knitted toys.
A huge thanks to Binky Brothers and Lush as well as all our supporters without this type of help or support we couldn't save these bunnies.
We also had 6 bunnies hop off to their forever homes which was brilliant considering the current financial climate and surrender position with 19 people looking for help this month.
