Binky Buns - Rabbit and Guinea Pig Rescue updates - 2022

December has been full of snow, fun and fundraising at Binky Buns.

Thank you to everyone who bought tickets to our raffle which raised an amazing £500 for the animals. Supporters have been so kind to us this Christmas bringing supplies and donating gifts. We were very pleased to receive our PaP parcel too - the items are all very much appreciated by us and the bunnies.

The spell of really bad weather meant our energy costs went through the roof but we just wanted everyone warm and safe. The bunnies also loved having a frolic in the snow while the humans tripped over in it!

We are always full at the rescue but we've managed to give out some food and supply parcels to people who are struggling to care for their animals in the economic crisis. We have also managed to get some animals placements at other rescues in the UK.

2022 has seen a worsening of the rabbit crisis and the situation is now at critical point but we will always try and do what we can to improve the lives of as many animals as possible. Thank you to everyone at PaP for helping us make this possible. We wish you all the happiest of New Years and can't wait to see what 2023 has in store for us.
