Beloved Rabbits June Update

This month we have taken in 33 rabbits - including 4 mums with litters! - and have seen 16 hop off to new homes. Sadly we have also had 34 additions to our waiting list.

We are delighted to welcome a number of new members to the team this month, including Fundraising Managers Heather and Caroline, who are super excited to develop our fundraising strategy across the rescue, and Finance Manager Eve. We are also recruiting for a number of other roles and hope to welcome a new Adoptions Co-ordinator on board soon.

We had also mentioned previously about bonding our group of resident rabbits, and we're pleased that this is underway and going well. There has been a lot of chasing, nipping and other bonding behaviours, but happily all 6 rabbits involved in the bond are now living together and seem to be settling in to the group dynamic nicely.

Here is a picture of them from earlier tonight (and one of Toivo being cheeky!) and, because they're adorable, one of the litters we are currently looking after!
