Thank you so much for the secret Santa [emoji403]. The contents will come in very useful indeed.

And a huge thank you for the £193 which Sue paid to our vets today.
This is very much appreciated as we had just restocked with pain relief, gut stimulant etc., and having the bulk of the bill covered is lovely.

We start 2020 with around 81 residents. This is slightly lower than previous years, but with the workload and the difficulty in keeping funds coming in, we have to ensure we can ensure the future for all our residents.

I hope 2020 will bring us less challenges than 2019, and w3 will continue to provide the best quality of life for all of our residents.
