The Pledge a Pound team were recently notified of a post that Tameside Rescue had put on Facebook stating that they had reduced the adoption fee of some of their rabbits and guinea pigs, we've also since found out that the rabbits are not being neutered or vaccinated prior to rehoming :( :(

Pledge a Pound was founded to help small rescues that were struggling financially, and whilst we understand that the rescue is already in financial difficulties, which is one of the reasons they have stated they can't neuter or vaccinate, we feel that it is not acceptable for a reputable rescue to offer rabbits at a reduced fee just before Easter, so the team have decided to withdraw our support and Tameside Rescue will no longer be part of Pledge a Pound.
