Tomorrow is Dads funeral ..
I know hes already gone ... its just a formal saying goodbye ...but Im dreading it all the same

I dont have many recent pics of him as he wouldnt be photographed ...but ive found some old ones id like to share ..

Dad ... You were never a Dad to say love you or give cuddles ...yet I knew you loved us... I cant ever remember you smacking me ...yet I was terrified of your reaction if i was naughty lol...Ive always looked up to you and respected you ...
even when you were in a victor meldrew grumpy mood lol .

Ill remember your little sayings and habits ...your stuborness and yourgrumbles ... but most of all ill remember the fantastic childhood we all had under yours and mums care ..

its hard at times but we are ok ... just have to get on with life I guess ...

I just imagine Dad tutting at me if i start to feel down ...He hated fuss and being shown sympathy ..
