Billy is a male 2 year old chinchilla available for adoption from Scritches Rat & Rodent Rescue in Southampton, Hampshire. He has recently been neutered, we are looking for an experienced chinchilla home for him as he is nervous of people. Billy also appears to have suffered some handling related fur slip and has regrowth in patches. A homecheck and an adoption fee will apply for Billy
