Hideouts for rabbits, guinea pigs and cats.

I have been making these boxes for some time now and my own rabbits as well as my foster rabbits love them. They generally rest on top of them but I stuff them full of hay as a place to keep cosy. The following is an example of size and price and I would be happy to discuss individual requirements.
This box is 40x40x40cm. The roof is at 35cm to allow for foam matting and hay to be put on the roof for resting on. It comes as bare wood or stained with red cedar as standard.
Price is £37 inc delivery.
The following options are available on request.
Protection with Cuprinol Garden Shades - £5
Foam matting for the roof - £2

Thanks everyone! I had the best endorsement ever last night, the person I made the one pictured for has ordered another one, slightly bigger so she has one for the run and one for the hutch.

How much for one without delivery? Would you mind if i just picked it up? (wait, just confirm, you are in Glasgow, ain't you!)
I need to measure the space in the kiddies room, so could you make it to a particular size?
