So this morning I watched a bit of television with my new found friend Vanilla.
We watched the news and saw all the flooding We hope everybun is ok
Then Jen went to the stables and I went along too. I wore my extra warm hat as last night there was a frost and the water in the bird table had iced over I didn't want my ears to get cold
The ponies, Peggy & Nutty were pleased to see us and came straight over for noms
Jen said they look like they've dragged off the moors at the moment, especially Nutty the miniature Shetland who loves nothing more than finding the wettest, muddiest patch in the field and rolling in it
Noms were duly provided Jen made sure I kept out of harms way as she says sometimes the ponies can be a bit clumsy with their feet and she didn't want me to get squished
I stayed with the ponies while Jen did something called 'Poo picking' I think this might be a bit like nose picking only smellier Anyway, I stayed put and supervised the nomming and let Jen carry on without me

How lovely to meet the ponies!
Poo-picking sounds fascinating. I would probably have been right in there!

It involves pushing a wheel barrow around a very muddy, sometimes boggy field and scooping up horse poo with a shovel whilst trying to avoid falling over or getting stuck at the time same It's also usually raining Oh the glamoursusie bun wrote:How lovely to meet the ponies!

Susie: I think I'm glad I'm not really a pony person (although Peggy and Nutty are charming, of course).

Picking rabbit poo is enough for me- I don't fancy horse poo Glad Gulliver is enjoying himself. I'll bet Nanny Pat is missing him. Missed commenting on Blackberry's last pics but Some fabulous photos from her and you fluffers.

Re: Gulliver's Travels: Gulliver's Journey
Gulliver hasn't ventured outside much the last two days, weather has been awful However, it looks to be a fine(ish) day today so he's coming for a car ride and then to help me with a little outdoor job
