Peggy pig has been on her own for the past few weeks.
Trilby her neutered old boar passed away. Peggy seemed to be doing well, but has now become silent and I think the time is right for a new little furry in our lives. 
Sorrell a middle aged neutered boar belonging to a frined of mine is also looking for love. His girlfriend passed away a couple of months ago.
So the plan is.......Peggy pig + Sorrell pig... = Happy pigs...together.
The meeting will be next Wednesday evening so fingers, toes and paws crossed for a very happy bonding.
Peggy is 6 1/2 years old and almost blind, Sorrell is around 5 years old. Let's hope they manage to spend their twilight years together.
