Unwanted Pigs UPdate 16/03 :(

We have never had so many calls to hand in piggies as we have lately
and mainly boars. Trinidad has a new home at last but we have lots more, singles and pairs who will be neutered then need a home. So please get in touch if you can help.

Two new ones came in last night and went to our new foster mum Ruby

It is so sad I wish people would think before they take on a pet .... I really couldn't give mine up ... to me giving them a home means for life... their life & nothing short of that!

I am fascinated with pigglies ... never had one ... and before you ask, I can't have one
I think it's the wheeking noise they made that does it

on and on it goes..4 sows and a boar coming in on Tuesday

When I'm more financially stable and have the space I'd love a herd of piggies. Wish I could take some more on at the moment, but it's not possible.

However, if I won a bit on the lottery this weekend.....4 sows and a boar would be an instant mini herd

Very sad I hope the next batch of calls are offers of homes and not to hand in more animals

we need homes for piggies..especially neutered boars over the next month or two

So many I hope they find forever homes very quickly - why is there such a big increase in guinea pigs being handed in?
